Rates and Online Booking

A deposit is required to secure your date and we collect that when booking the trip. The balance is due at the time of the trip.

The online booking area will allow you to select the full or half-day trip and tell us what date you would like to fish.

Our rates are for groups only, we are not a head boat, no walk-ons, no mixing of parties. Thanks!

Full Day/AM Up to 8 hours, $650 for up to 6 people, $70 for each person over six. Unless other arrangements are made, the full day trip leaves 6 am and returns at 2 pm. During the Trophy season, the boat will return after the limit is caught.
Half Day/PM Up to 5 hours, $600 for up to 6 people, $70 for each person over six. Unless other arrangements are made, the half day afternoon trip leaves at 3 pm and returns at 8 pm.
WEEKENDS Our demand is so high on weekends that it may be difficult to book a weekend trip on short notice. We suggest booking 60-90 days in advance. Remember, the Maryland charter industry is a closed license fishery. If you have more than 6 people in your party, if may be difficult to book a weekend trip on short notice. Early planning is a must.
BAIT If trolling there is no bait charge. If bottom fishing or chumming, bait charges will apply. We only charge for bait used. Chum is $25 per bucket, other bait as purchased. The Charge will not exceed $5 per person.
MATE TIPS Our mates and captains work very hard to please our customers and do appreciate your tips. Tipping the mate is customary and is at your discretion. 15% to 20% is typical for a good job. Fish cleaning is not always included in the tip. Check with your mate regarding fish cleaning fees.
CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your trip at anytime. Your deposit will be returned only if we can replace your trip with another. The captain has the right to cancel any trip due to bad weather. We will not, at anytime, jeopardize the safety of our passengers. The decision to cancel is made at the dock at the time of the trip. The Darlene II does not cancel for rain or predicted thunder storms since, often, the storm does not materialize or lasts only a few moments.
